It does not apply to third-party websites or services that we do not control, even if you access them through links on our Site.

4. SMS / Text Messaging Program

When you contact us by text — for example, by texting the number published on one of our business-for-sale listings, scanning a QR code on a listing, or using the options on our SMS page — you consent to receive SMS text messages from EHM Digital Marketing, LLC in response to your inquiry. We never send the first message; all text communication is initiated by you.

  • Program description: Our messages provide conversational replies to answer questions about a listing you've inquired about and to help you schedule a consultation. Messages may be sent by an automated assistant.
  • Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your conversation with us.
  • Cost: Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier's plan.
  • Opt out: You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. We will send one confirmation message and will not send further texts unless you opt in again.

  • Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No sharing of mobile data. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in information, or consent with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties under any circumstances. This applies regardless of any other sharing described in this Policy.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

We do not collect government IDs, financial account numbers, or precise geolocation through the Site.

We collect this information from you directly, automatically through the Site, and from service providers. We use it for the business purposes described in Section 3.

Disclosure of personal information

We disclose identifiers and internet activity to service providers for business purposes (such as hosting and analytics). 12. Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal. Because there is no consistent industry standard for responding to these signals, our Site does not currently respond to them.
